Wyandotte County was incorporated in 1859 is the smallest county
in the State of Kansas with 155.7 square miles, was made up from parts of Leavenworth and Johnson Counties. In
1886, the cities of Wyandot, Armourdale, Armstrong and Kansas City, Kansas joined together to make one city called Kansas
City, Kansas.
