Friends,

We (Kansas City Kansas Community College) are offering a new class next fall on Ham Radio.  You will be a Licensed Amateur Radio Tech by mid-term and you will have all the material to move on to the General Lic.  Most students will complete the General License exam by the end of the class.

 

Most hospitals and emergency services organizations have installed or are currently installing Amateur radios.  All organizations working with Home Land Security are installing HAM radios.  Churches and Missionaries have used HAM radios for decades.

This class can be taken for 3 hours of college credit.
